Over 80 million people use Fitness apps around the world and they are replacing trainers, even gyms.

Updated: Jun 22, 2022

People are getting amazing results using fitness apps for 3 main reasons:

Very flexible to use

in busy modern life, Fitness apps made it super easy for users to fit their workout in whenever and where ever they want.

Perfect tools for tracking

even the smallest progress which promotes positive behavioral changes.

Affordable

compare to working with a trainer in person.

Here are my favorite fitness apps for 2022:

Release the Beast Fitness App

Here is the app that I use for everything.

All of my workouts are here.

My coach sends me all my programs, and meal plans here.

All my progress pictures, all my personal records, all of my fitness is tracked in this app.

It contains my nutrition and meal plans go here

If I want to do a random work out I track it here, it connects to my fitness pal, my Fitbit, my other apps. It is

It's an invite-only app so RTB members can access it, and it allows me to connect with my coach anywhere in the world.

My fitness pal

This is where I track all of my nutrition,

how much of, when and what I’m eating.

The database is huge and scanning my food, or searching meals at restaurants helps me stick on top of my nutrition and be flexible eating out with friends and family.

Alarmy

ALARMY is the one app that anyone that has had me sleep over knows and hates.

This is the only app that wakes me up, annoying alarm mixed with weird things to help you get out of bed.

Personally, I choose to use the math questions cause it helps me with daily calculations BUT you can use barcodes, shake the phone, shake, use pictures, etc to help you get out of bed.

Thenics

Thenics is my go-to app to keep my calisthenic training on point. I'm currently working on strict muscle-ups and the progressions are easy to follow and to build upon.

Map my run

Since I bike everywhere, Map My Ride is a cool and fun way to see where I went and how many calories I’m burning.

It’s simple to use, simple to share on social media and the community is pretty awesome. Folks use it for jogging as well as biking.

Fit Notes

Before I started using the release the beast app, I tracked everything using Fit notes It's a good tool for teaching your weight progress. It has easy-to-read graphs. It has a few built-in calculators including 1rm calculator plate calculator Set calculator I keep this on my. Phone because sometimes I don't feel like doing math in the gym and the build-in calculators make my life so much simpler
